What are the bizSAFE Awards?
The bizSAFE Awards are part of the WSH Council‘s annual WSH Awards. The bizSAFE Enterprise Exemplary Award recognises bizSAFE STAR SMEs with commendable workplace safety and health performance, and the bizSAFE Partner Award recognises bizSAFE Partners that bring their contractors into the bizSAFE programme.
Applicants for the bizSAFE Enterprise Exemplary Award need an on-site assessment by an SAC-accredited WSH Auditing Organisation whose scope includes the bizSAFE RM audit. CCIS conducts this assessment.

bizSAFE Awards questions
Who can apply for the bizSAFE Enterprise Exemplary Award?
bizSAFE STAR SMEs (fewer than 200 staff or annual turnover below S$100 million) with commendable workplace safety and health performance. WSH service providers are not eligible. Please refer to the WSH Council’s guidelines for the current year.
What score do we need before engaging an auditor?
At least 80% on the Risk Management Implementation checklist self-check. The auditor confirms this score before the assessment.
Can the same auditing organisation assess us every year?
The same auditing organisation can assess a company for up to two consecutive years. A different one must be appointed for the third year.
Must the assessment be done on site?
Yes. The auditor must assess the workplace in person.
