CCIS Singapore Pte Ltd is a Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Auditing Organisation accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) [accreditation / certificate no.: AO-2019-27] under SAC CT 17 and ISO/IEC 17021-1. We conduct the following WSH audits for enterprises in Singapore:
- bizSAFE Risk Management (RM) audits
- Safety & Health Management System (SHMS) audits
- Construction Safety Audit Scoring System (ConSASS) audits
We conduct our audits impartially and independently, and do not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise our audit conclusions. For fuller information about any specific scheme — the applicable standard, audit criteria, audit duration and what to prepare — please contact us (see below).
Our audit process
- Application and review — you submit an application; we review the scheme, scope and audit duration, check for any conflict of interest, and confirm we are competent and impartial to audit you
- Agreement — a legally-enforceable auditing agreement is put in place before work begins
- Audit planning — an audit plan is prepared and a competent, impartial audit team is assigned
- Conduct of the audit — the audit is carried out against the scheme’s criteria; findings and evidence are recorded
- Reporting — the audit report is prepared, independently reviewed, and issued to you for acknowledgement
- Decision — the audit outcome is decided by a person independent of the audit team
- Submission and renewal — where applicable, the outcome is submitted to the relevant authority, and you are advised of your renewal cycle
