Course Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand the purpose, structure, and requirements of the ConSASS framework
• Interpret the ConSASS banding and assessment methodology
• Understand the audit criteria for all ConSASS requirements.
• Conduct a practical gap analysis against the ConSASS checklist
• Identify strengths, gaps, and improvement opportunities within their organisation’s WSH management system
• Prepare their organisation for ConSASS assessments and continual improvement initiatives
